Our interactive approach to training and sharing best practices gives ownership to the client. Participation and motivation are critical to making learning relevant. We use a coach approach to training that includes tapping into the wisdom of the group, sharing practical tips and challenging clients to apply what they learn. Most clients have been through lots of training. We build on that and develop steps to integrate what’s relevant for them.
